Job Description

We're looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team As a Associate, you'll work closely with our team to source, screen, and engage candidates for various roles across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates from job portals and social media

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams

  • Maintain candidate databases and documentation

  • Support recruiters with day-to-day hiring activities

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Willingness to work in the night shift (US timings)

  • Bachelor's degree in any field

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
