Role Description:
We are hiring a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join us full-time, on-site in Kolkata (with flexible elements). You'll gain exposure to our services and work closely with the marketing & sales teams. Daily tasks include market research, designing marketing materials, engaging with prospective clients, supporting sales outreach, and contributing to campaigns harnessing our advanced service stack.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Confident interacting with clients & internal teams
• Problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn & adapt
• Proactive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented attitude
• Ability to work both independently & as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (pursuing or completed)
• 0–3 years experience, freshers are welcome
