Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Business Development Executive
for a full-time, on-site role in
Kolkata
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across
both Indian and International markets
. This includes generating leads, handling calls and emails with domestic and overseas clients, managing client accounts, and driving business growth.

The role requires a proactive professional with strong communication skills who can effectively engage with clients from different regions, understand their needs, and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in
    Indian and International markets

  • Generate leads through research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Conduct
    client communication via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
    .
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients.
  • Manage client accounts and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Collaborate with the SEO and digital marketing team to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the company's market presence and achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Communication (Indian & International)
    .
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in
    account management
    and client servicing.
  • Ability to handle
    domestic and global client interactions
    independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in the
    digital marketing/SEO industry
    is a plus.
