JKCL's operations span the entire value chain—from producing a wide variety of cigarette types to supplying bulk tobacco to global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned states: Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Odisha, and Jammu & Kashmir.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build, lead, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver high performance.
  • Establish strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective implementation of trade marketing campaigns at ground level.
  • Prepare sales reports and liaise with Head Office for planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a regional managerial role.
  • Proven track record in FMCG/Consumer Goods or similar industry.
  • Strong network of distributors and trade partners in the eastern and northern states.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
  • Knowledge of local languages in operating regions will be an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
