Role & responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Delivery
Develop and implement the regional hiring and delivery strategy in alignment with company objectives.
Responsible for manpower planning and fulfillment across all assigned clients within defined TAT.
Oversee budgeting, workforce planning, and capability building across the region.
Ensure alignment between planned vs. manned headcount and maintain optimal service delivery levels.
- Recruitment & Team Management
Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure target achievement and profitable growth.
Strategize hiring policies and leverage alternate sourcing channels to strengthen the talent pipeline.
Conduct timely performance reviews (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and share reports with management.
Mentor and develop team members to build future leaders within the region.
- Client Relationship Management
Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery to all clients.
Strengthen company wallet share by ensuring consistent headcount growth and hiring top talent for clients.
Identify new opportunities within existing clients by exploringunserved verticals and expanding business footprint.
Identify and acquire new prospective clients within the region for new sign-ups and partnerships.
- Operational Excellence
Oversee manpower allocation and deployment based on client requirements.
Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs and delivery timelines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Financial Accountability
Ensure timely collection of payments for all invoices and clear pending dues.
Contribute to regional profitability by optimizing resource utilization and maintaining cost-effectiveness.
