As we continue expanding our global footprint, we're looking for a dynamic, experienced, and target-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and scale our international sales operations from our Kolkata office.

About the Role: Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, drive sales strategy, and ensure exceptional parent engagement across key international regions.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead, coach, and motivate the international sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets


• Conduct and supervise consultative sales calls with parents across US/UK/AUS time zones


• Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to improve demo conversions and pipeline growth


• Explain Connect2Learn's program benefits, learning outcomes, and unique value propositions


• Ensure accurate CRM updates and adherence to structured sales processes


• Collaborate with Academic & Operations teams to streamline student onboarding


• Represent the brand with professionalism across all parent and stakeholder interactions


• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across the sales funnel

Requirements


• Minimum 2–4 years of EdTech sales experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead/managerial role


• Proven experience selling to international parents (US/UK/AUS preferred)


• Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills


• Hands-on experience with demo conversions, pipeline management, and CRM tools


• Ability to understand parent needs and recommend the right learning solutions


• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making


• Willingness to work from our Kolkata office (Full-time)
