  3. *Job Description:*

  4. Develop and execute sales strategies for the region

  5. Lead and mentor the field sales team to achieve targets

  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners

  7. Provide subject knowledge support to the team and customers

  8. Conduct team training sessions to enhance skills and product understanding

  9. *Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)*

  10. *Experience:* 8+ years in Sales/Marketing with proven team-handling experience

  11. *Job Description:*

  12. Manage zonal sales operations and ensure target achievement

  13. Guide, mentor, and monitor Regional Managers and field teams

  14. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners

  15. Deliver subject knowledge inputs and conduct training programs for the team

*Requirements for Both Roles:*

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability

  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

  • Subject knowledge in Poultry/Animal Health/Agri sector

  • Team training & capability-building skills

  • Experience in Poultry/Animal Health/Agri sector preferred
