Role Overview

We are seeking a CRM Manager / CRM Executive to oversee payment collections, client documentation, and compliance processes while ensuring a seamless customer journey. This role involves raising demand letters, handling ATS registrations, tracking payment schedules, and ensuring GST & RERA compliance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams and providing timely updates to deliver a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-first approach at all times.

Technical & Compliance:

  • Handle ATS (Agreement to Sale) registrations accurately and on time.
  • Raise demand letters and coordinate GST requirements with the accounts team.
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) guidelines.

Financial Management:

  • Collect and track payments as per agreed schedules.
  • Follow up with customers and coordinate with accounts to ensure timely receipts and reconciliations.

Communication & Reporting:

  • Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Generate regular reports on payment status, outstanding dues, and compliance updates for management.

Regulatory Awareness:

  • Stay updated with RERA and GST regulations relevant to real estate.
  • Proactively address any compliance-related concerns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • 26 years of experience in CRM, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS registration, demand raising, GST, and RERA compliance.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and coordination skills.
  • Proven track record of efficient payment collection and follow-up.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
