Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities
A. Luxury Sales (70%)
Engage Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) and clients in the luxury real estate and investment space.
Understand client requirements and pitch tailored solutions aligned with their lifestyle and financial plans.
Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships by offering personalized sales experiences.
Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Actively follow up with potential clients and leverage existing networks for referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and sales records in the CRM system.
B. Client Relationship Management (30%)
Manage client interactions post-initial engagement, ensuring a smooth and premium experience.
Act as the first point of contact for client queries and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to facilitate agreements, documentation, and payments.
Ensure smooth client onboarding and transition to relevant teams for service delivery.
Maintain detailed client records and prepare regular reports on sales and CRM activities.
Education & Work Experience
Graduate from a reputed institute (MBA preferred, but not mandatory).
5 - 7 years of experience in Sales/Business Development within Luxury Real Estate, Luxury Retail, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Premium Hospitality.
Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
Goal-driven and thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.
