Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in North Goa. As a Mid-Level position, this full-time role requires up to 6 years of experience in sales within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to lead our sales initiatives, develop strategic relationships, and drive the company's growth in this regional market.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in sales strategy, team leadership, and negotiation (Mandatory skill).
- Proven ability to manage and enhance customer relationships for continued business growth.
- Experience in accurate sales forecasting to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to provide insightful recommendations.
