Role Description
We are looking for a
Sales Manager (Hospitality)
to join our team in Goa. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in hospitality services, including rooms, banquets, F&B, and events. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also lead a small team and coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless event execution
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for hospitality and event services.
- Generate new leads and manage existing client accounts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to deliver high-quality service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and track performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum
3+ years of experience
in hospitality sales (resorts, hotels, banquets, or events). - Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality sales, event sales, and Goa's local market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to lead a small sales team and work cross-functionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
