Key Responsibilities :


•⁠ ⁠Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.


•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.


•⁠ ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including investors, developers, and high-net-worth clients.


•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.


•⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property developments to advise clients effectively.


•⁠ ⁠Conduct regular sales meetings, track performance metrics, and provide actionable feedback.


•⁠ ⁠Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring an excellent client experience.


•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:


•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential and commercial properties.


•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and team management skills.


•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


•⁠ ⁠Ability to identify opportunities and close deals efficiently.


•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of real estate market trends, property laws, and investment potential.


•⁠ ⁠Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
