
Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including investors, developers, and high-net-worth clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property developments to advise clients effectively.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, track performance metrics, and provide actionable feedback.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring an excellent client experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential and commercial properties.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and close deals efficiently.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends, property laws, and investment potential.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
