Business Development Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager with solid knowledge of digital marketing to drive growth in the domestic market. The ideal candidate will develop business opportunities, manage client relationships, and leverage digital strategies to enhance brand presence and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the domestic market through both online and offline channels.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support business growth objectives.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and optimize online presence.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on business and marketing performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably with exposure to digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Preferred Qualities
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with digital analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business environments.
