Job Summary : Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities: · Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis, networking, and lead generation..

· Develop and implement strategic plans to grow revenue and market share.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

· Motivate the team to achieve the goals.

· Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.· Collaborate

with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to align on client needs

and deliverables.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasts using CRM software.

· Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand professional

networks.

· Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.· Monitor market

trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
