
Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site. This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on the strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to sell our online recorded courses. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of the digital landscape, a proven track record in lead generation and conversion, and a passion for the education industry. This is not a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Drive qualified traffic and generate leads for our online courses. Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into sales, ultimately meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research, manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts, and oversee paid search campaigns (PPC) on platforms like Google Ads to maximize visibility and ROI.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage social media content calendars and campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to build brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive course enrollments.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute compelling marketing content, including blog posts, ad copy, and video scripts that highlight the value of our courses.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, to nurture leads and re-engage former students.
- Performance Analysis: Use data analytics tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, assess against goals (KPIs), and provide detailed reports and insights to management.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably in the education or e-learning sector. Experience with marketing professional development courses.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, social media ad managers).
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and SMM best practices.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, innovative, and able to think strategically.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
