Digital Marketing Specialist – Experienced

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of proven expertise in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess a strategic and analytical mindset, strong presentation and reporting skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple digital functions including SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing.If you are results-driven, passionate about performance marketing, and confident in taking ownership of digital initiatives, this role is for youResponsibilities- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions. - Plan, create, and manage SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits to identify growth opportunities. - Manage on-page and off-page SEO, including link building, content optimization, and technical enhancements. - Collaborate with the design and creative teams to develop creative, high-performing campaigns. - Prepare and deliver performance reports, marketing documentation, and presentations for internal and client reviews. - Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager. - Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, AI marketing tools, and industry best practices. - Present campaign outcomes, insights, and strategic recommendations in client meetings and performance reviewsQualifications & Skills- 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media management. - Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization. - In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other reporting platforms. - Excellent presentation and communication skills—able to translate analytics into actionable insights. - Working knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms. - Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.What We Offer:- A collaborative and innovative work culture. - Exposure to diverse clients and international markets. - Competitive annual package: INR 3,00,000 – 4,20,000 based on experience and expertise. - A workplace that encourages growth, ownership, and continuous learningAbout Mithra Digital:At Mithra Digital, we blend creativity, strategy, and innovation to deliver impactful digital marketing solutions that drive measurable business results.
