The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering measurable results, and contributing to the overall growth of our digital marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, create, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels. - Set up and monitor conversion tracking, events, and analytics using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). - Develop strategies to improve campaign performance, increase ROI, and drive lead generation. - Manage and nurture client relationships — ensuring timely communication, performance reporting, and satisfaction. - Analyze data and present insights to internal teams and clients to inform strategic decisions. - Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing.Requirements:- 4–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles. - Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager. - Strong understanding of SEM, remarketing, and paid social campaigns. - Excellent communication and client-handling skills. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously. - Experience with tools such as Google Data Studio, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms is a plus.
