Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Brand Events and Activity Manager for Watsons Cantina. This role serves as the brand ambassador and primary liaison for all events, activations, and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a knack for event curation and activation, and can seamlessly coordinate with cross-functional teams including Programming, Operations, Corporate Chef, Corporate GM, Marketing, PR, and external partners. A strong understanding of food and beverage operations is a plus

Key Objectives

1) The Main Room – Music Events


• Act as the liaison with the Programming Head to develop and maintain the music event calendar.


• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure end-to-end production for each music event (logistics, stage setup, sound, lighting, artist requirements, and contingency plans).


• Own the relationship with artists/DJs, manage scheduling, contracts, rider fulfillment, and on-site coordination.


• Ensure a high-quality guest experience and seamless execution of all music-focused activations.

2) The Living Cantina – Celebrity/Guest Chef and Bar Takeovers


• Lead the Pop-Up calendar in collaboration with Operations Manager, Corp Chef, and Corp GM to host celebrity/guest chefs who showcase signature cuisines for weekend activations (approximately two events per month).


• Coordinate with visiting chefs on menus, timing, logistics, and on-site requirements to deliver a flawless experience.


• Manage bar takeover events in partnership with liquor brands, including concept development, vendor liaison, and execution.


• Maintain strong relationships with culinary partners, ensuring brand alignment and operational excellence during all activations.

3) Marketing and Communications Coordination


• Directly partner with the Marketing team to design event activation posters, social media content, and digital campaigns.


• Liaise with PR agencies to secure coverage and maximize outreach for planned events.


• Ensure consistent brand messaging and timely communications across all channels and stakeholders.

Requirements :


• A dynamic, results-driven professional with proven experience in event curation and activation.


• Demonstrates the ability to define and implement a structured method to manage complex, high-energy events. Acts as a Guest Relation Manager, engaging with artists, visiting chefs, marketing agencies, and PR agencies on a day-to-day basis.


• Food & Beverage knowledge is a strong plus.


• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; comfortable with public-facing roles and stakeholder management.


• Problem solver with a calm demeanor under pressure and a proactive approach to risk management.


• Availability: 6 days per week; shifts scheduled by the Operations Manager based on event requirements.
• Reporting: Directly to the Operations Manager.
