Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate sales professional who will manage a combination of inside sales activities and on-ground client visits. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, and converting opportunities through meetings and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inside sales activities, including calling prospects, lead nurturing, and fixing meetings.
Reach out to corporate clients to pitch company services and generate qualified leads.
Schedule and attend client meetings to understand requirements and present solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Follow up on leads, proposals, and negotiations to ensure closures.
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Provide regular updates, sales reports, and market insights to the management team.
Coordinate closely with internal teams for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
Passion for sales with a proactive and energetic mindset.
Ability to conduct both telephonic sales and in-person meetings confidently.
Good analytical and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / corporate sales.
Experience in logistics, mobility, or fleet solutions is an added advantage.
