Progbiz is a fast-growing IT solutions provider specializing in delivering innovative ERP solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and drive ERP sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in ERP sales.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to create tailored proposals.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM tools.
  • Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new ERP features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in ERP product/service sales.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules and their business applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online research.
  • Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
