Business Development Executive (BDE)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions based on company offerings
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications using CRM tools
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (1–3+ years preferred) Freshers Also can Apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High level of initiative, motivation, and a strong work ethic
