Production Executive

Role & responsibilities

  • Learn and follow established production steps and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and output of bulk volumes.
  • Streamline and manage raw materials, lab instruments, and daily lab operations.
  • Conduct quality control tests on bioformulations and microbial agents at various production stages.
  • Maintain the seed cultures, prepare the inoculum for production batches.
  • Additionally,
  • Preparation and sterilization of culture media and reagents.
  • Autoclaving of water, labwares, carriers.
  • Packaging of production batches and storage, maintenance of in- and out records of materials and products.
  • Get cleaned and preparing the fermenters for next production batch.

Required Qualifications:

  • M.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Microbiology, or Biotechnology

Desirable Specialization:

  • Plant Pathology
  • Bioprocess Technology
  • Fermentation Technology
  • Plant Biotechnology
  • Agricultural Microbiology
  • Biofertilizers
  • and some experience of working in a Production/ Research lab.
