Job Title: Supply Chain Executive

Location: Sinnar, Nashik, Maharashtra

Industry: Metal / Manufacturing

Experience Required: 1–2 years

Job Purpose:

To support end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, vendor management, and ensuring timely availability of raw materials and finished goods to meet production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring supply chain operations.
  • Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Support logistics activities including transportation, freight booking, and documentation.
  • Monitor inward and outward material flow, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and related documentation.
  • Track and resolve supply discrepancies, delays, and quality concerns in coordination with vendors.
  • Liaise with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and safety standards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly supply chain reports for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of supply chain management in manufacturing/metal industry.
  • Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management & logistics.
  • Good command of MS Excel, ERP/SAP or other supply chain software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management / Operations / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Commerce or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain / procurement / logistics in the manufacturing industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
