Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable heat exchanger solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet targets.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Marketing Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media promotions.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Prepare marketing materials, brochures, and product catalogs.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research.

E-Tendering Responsibilities:

- Search, evaluate, and participate in government and industrial tenders (GeM, CPPP, NHPC, NTPC, SECI, etc.).
- Handle the entire E-Tendering process, including bid preparation, submission, follow-ups, and compliance.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per tender specifications.
- Ensure all documentation, certifications, and financial instruments (EMD, BG, etc.) are in place.
- Track tender status, analyze bidding trends, and improve success rates.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:

- Basic knowledge of heat exchangers and industrial products is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience in GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and other E-Tendering platforms.
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in B2B sales or industrial product marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM software for lead management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
- Prior experience in selling to NHPC, NTPC, or large power sector clients.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
