**Profile**:
As a Sales and Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for promoting products or services, identifying customer needs, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client retention.

**Responsibility**:

- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Identify sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to drive sales conversions.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase features and benefits, addressing customer inquiries and objections effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Product Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Stay informed about product features, specifications, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services, addressing technical questions and concerns as needed.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities, using CRM software or other tracking tools.
- Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to evaluate individual and team effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and strategize action plans for achieving sales targets.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Seek opportunities for professional development and skills enhancement through training programs, workshops, or self-study.
- Share best practices and collaborate with colleagues to optimize sales and service processes, contributing to overall team success.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
