**Key Responsibilities:Production Supervision**:

- Oversee daily flour production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment functionality, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure mínimal downtime.
- Work with the production team to improve operational efficiency and minimize waste during the production process.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards specific to the food and beverage industry.

**Health & Safety Management**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Train employees on safety protocols, proper equipment usage, and emergency procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national health and safety regulations, particularly those pertaining to food manufacturing.

**Compliance & Documentation**:

- Maintain records of safety inspections, accident reports, and compliance activities.
- Ensure that all production processes adhere to relevant food safety standards like FSSAI.
- Prepare reports on production output, safety incidents, and improvements for management review.

**Team Leadership & Training**:

- Supervise and guide production workers, ensuring they understand job roles and safety responsibilities.
- Lead training sessions on best practices for production safety, food handling, and equipment use.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in both safety and production efficiency.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP).
- Ability to manage and lead production teams effectively.
- Proficiency in identifying and mitigating workplace safety risks.
- Hands-on experience with production machinery and safety equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is an advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Safety Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food production.
- Certification in Health & Safety (such as OSHA or NEBOSH) is preferred but not mandatory.

**Working Conditions**:

- Based in Musalgaon MIDC, Sinner.
- The role requires being on-site at the production facility.
- Involves overseeing a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
