**Job Title**: Security Guard

**Location**: Sinner, Musalgaon MIDC

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Reports To**: Security Supervisor

**Shift Time**: 12 hours

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitor Access**: Control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles. Conduct identity checks and ensure only authorized individuals and vehicles enter.
- **Frisking and Safety Compliance**: Check workers and office employees for safety gear (masks, safety caps) and prohibited items (cell phones, tobacco). Ensure hygiene standards (trimmed nails, hair, no rubber bands).
- **Patrol Facility**: Perform regular patrols across the premises, focusing on production areas, storage, and restricted zones.
- **Incident Management**: Handle disputes or incidents among workers, report to management, and maintain accurate records.
- **Vehicle Control**: Inspect and monitor incoming/outgoing vehicles carrying raw materials or goods.
- **Compliance**: Enforce company rules on prohibited items, behavior, and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of security experience, preferably in a factory or industrial environment.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- **Physical**: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as required.
