  • Identifying customer needs: Researching issues, resolving complaints, and providing solutions
  • Building relationships: Upselling products and services, and building sustainable customer relationships
  • Following up: Following up on customer calls to ensure satisfaction, and escalating issues with management when necessary
  • Proactively reaching out: Reaching out to prospects and customers to generate new sales opportunities
  • Maintaining records: Organizing conversation records and maintaining member records
  • Improving performance: Attending training sessions to stay up to date on company products, services, and policies, and recommending improvements for systems and processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
