We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives, manage customer relations, and support commercial property leasing and new business ventures. The ideal candidate should have strong team management capability and a proven track record in sales/business development within SMEs.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate (preferred).
- Should own a personal vehicle and reside within a 15 km radius.
- Experience in Sales/Business Development in SMEs; retail exposure preferred.
- Strong achievement record with recognition in previous roles.
Skills & Work Approach
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong training and team-grooming abilities.
- Target-oriented, well-organised, and structured in approach.
- Strong team management skills to ensure delivery of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and revenue generation initiatives.
- Manage commercial property leasing and support new venture development.
- Handle customer relations and ensure strong client service (focus: RO).
- Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead the team to consistently achieve business and revenue goals.
- 50% of responsibilities will be related to RO operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹37,500.00 per month
