In Our Next Chapter We are seeking a highly motivated senior professional to join our Retail TA team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization, from entry-level to senior management positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Oversee the complete recruitment life cycle, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the retail industry's best practices and the company's growth objectives
- Utilize data analytics to track and report on key recruitment metrics, continuously refining strategies based on insights
- Present regular updates to leadership, demonstrating the impact of talent acquisition efforts on overall business objectives
- Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition matters, contributing to workforce planning and organizational success
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-8+ years of experience in recruiting and bulk hiring in retail or any other relevant industry
- Managed a team, providing coaching and mentoring to foster individual and team success.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions individually along with managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strategic partnerships with Stakeholders and Leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
