Role: B2B Sales Manager - SAP/IT Contract Staffing
Job Profile :
Strategic:
- Acquiring mid-sized MNC Clients for IT & Non IT Contract Staffing from the region
- Design & Execute Revenue & Business Plan to achieve Gross Net Revenue of INR 1.5 Cr Per Annum
- Develop new mid-size MNC tech/Non Tech clients for IT Staffing /Leadership Hiring from the region
- Develop & Train team of Hiring & Marketing experts to work remotely
- Onboard 8 to 10 resources every month with 25% growth quarter on quarter
Marketing
- Lead Generation, Market Research to add 5 new clients every month
- C-level connect
- Maximise revenue per client
Candidate's Profile:
- Graduate with Min. 1+ years experience in new client acquisition & delivery management in IT Contract Staffing & IT Leadership
- Hands on in using Linkedin Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, Social Media & Digital platforms for lead generation
- Available for long-term engagement (min 24 months)
- Ready to work on Fix fee + Performance lined revenue sharing basis
- Ready to work from home
- Excellent Attitude, Oral/Written comm. Skills
- Hands on in MS Office tools, Canva & Linkedin Sales Navigator
