Digital Marketing Specialist
who can
generate high-quality B2B leads
and build strong sales pipelines using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesQL, and HubSpot CRM
.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Generate
qualified B2B leads
for corporate interior fit-out projects through
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
,
SalesQL
, and other digital tools. - Build and manage targeted prospect lists, focusing on
Facility Managers, Procurement Heads, Architects, PMCs, and Decision-Makers
. - Develop and run
LinkedIn outreach campaigns
to connect with potential clients. - Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Design and execute
LinkedIn marketing campaigns
to create brand awareness and inbound leads. - Use
HubSpot CRM
to manage the entire lead funnel – from lead capture to follow-up. - Track campaign performance and optimize strategies for
ROI-driven results
. - Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Suggest innovative marketing strategies to
generate at least 200 qualified leads per month
. - Collaboration
- Work closely with management to align lead generation efforts with
business development and sales goals
. - Coordinate with the design and execution team to create
engaging case studies and marketing collaterals
.
Key Skills & Tools
- Mandatory Tools:
- LinkedIn &
LinkedIn Sales Navigator - SalesQL
or similar data extraction tools - HubSpot CRM
(Lead tracking & campaign automation) - Core Skills:
- Proven experience in
B2B lead generation
and
digital marketing campaigns
. - Strong knowledge of
corporate interiors, architecture, or B2B contracting industries
is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting LinkedIn messages and follow-ups.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to
analyze campaign performance metrics
.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years experience
in B2B lead generation for
service-based companies
. - Previous experience in
interior fit-outs, corporate interiors, or construction industry
is a big advantage.
