About the Role

We are seeking a 
performance-driven B2B Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist
 to lead our demand generation and lead nurturing efforts across digital channels. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy marketer with hands-on experience in 
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and AI-driven SEO
, and a proven ability to build measurable, high-performing campaigns that drive 
pipeline growth and revenue
.

You will be responsible for designing and executing full-funnel digital strategies across multiple regions — 
India, the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East
 — to generate qualified leads and accelerate conversions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize 
    paid media campaigns
     across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
  • Manage and allocate budgets with a focus on 
    CPL, CAC, and ROAS
    .
  • Own the 
    end-to-end campaign lifecycle
     — audience targeting, ad creative input, budgeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Stay updated on the latest 
    ad optimization tools and techniques
     to continuously improve performance.

2. AI-Driven SEO

  • Develop and implement 
    AI-powered SEO strategies
    , including 
    location-based landing pages

    programmatic content
    , and 
    AI overview optimization
     (e.g., ChatGPT visibility).
  • Use tools like 
    SurferSEO, Jasper
    , or similar platforms to generate, optimize, and scale content for performance and ranking.

3. Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Manage 
    automation
    workflows, drip email campaigns, and lead nurturing tracks.
  • Build and maintain campaign dashboards, 
    lead scoring systems
    , and performance reporting frameworks.

4. Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking using 
    GA4, HubSpot, UTM parameters,
     and 
    conversion events
    .
  • Build and interpret 
    multi-touch attribution models
     to understand customer journeys and campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports with 
    data-backed insights and actionable recommendations.

5. Collaboration & Growth Strategy

  • Partner with 
    sales, content, and design teams
     to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Continuously refine marketing funnels to improve 
    MQL-to-SQL conversion
     and accelerate 
    pipeline velocity.
  • Bring creative, data-driven ideas to enhance digital marketing performance.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in 
    B2B Tech or SaaS digital marketing
    .
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of 
    the full marketing funnel.
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results in 
    multi-region campaigns.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.
