  9. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  10. Conduct investigations into complaints or grievances

  11. Act as a mediator between employees and management

  12. Compensation & Benefits

  13. Administer payroll and benefits programs

  14. Benchmark salaries and benefits for competitiveness
  15. Explain compensation policies to employees

  16. Manage leave policies (sick leave, vacation, maternity/paternity)

  17. Training & Development

  18. Assess training needs and create development plans

  19. Organize internal or external training programs

  20. Monitor employee performance and track development progress

  21. Performance Management

  22. Implement performance appraisal systems

  23. Support goal setting and regular feedback cycles

  24. Manage promotions, raises, and disciplinary actions

  25. Compliance & HR Policies

  26. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (local and national)

  27. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and employee handbooks

  28. Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  29. HR Data & Reporting

  30. Use HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to manage employee data

  31. Generate HR reports (turnover rates, headcount, diversity metrics, etc.)

  32. Analyze HR metrics to guide strategic decision-making

  33. Organizational Development

  34. Support change management initiatives

  35. Contribute to workforce planning and organizational design
  36. Assist with succession planning and talent management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
