HR INTERN

JOB DESCRIPT ION

We are looking for a qualified Human Resources Intern to join our team. If you are passionate about employee relations, teamwork and collaboration, with the ability to manage projects and people, we would love for you to be a part of the Engine.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills. You should be a 'people's person' with great interpersonal skills to work in a dynamic work environment so that you can truly understand the needs of the clients and the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.

Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours etc.

Screen resumes and application forms.

Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.

Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.

Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like budgets by department).

Address employee queries.

Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.

Participate in organizing company events.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

The ability to work as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Effective communication skills.

Detail-oriented.

Strong interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced and creative startup environment.

Work Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM

Monday to Friday

Hybrid - 2 days work from office, 3 days work from home

6 month period

Job Offer after 6 months completion

Job Types: Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5, ₹6,000.00 per month
