1 Key Responsibilities

1.1 Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

1.2 Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Address employee concerns and support initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.

1.3 HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

2 Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process and facilitate feedback sessions.
  • Identify and address training and development needs within the organization.

3 Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and manage documentation related to employee lifecycle management.

4 Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Prior experience in HR or relevant internships is an advantage.

5 Stipend and Benefits

  • Stipend: ₹5,000 per month.
  • Growth Opportunities: Potential for a full-time role based on performance.
  • Hands-on Experience: Exposure to the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Mentorship: Guidance from experienced HR professionals in a collaborative environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹5, ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
