HR/Admin Executive – Electric Two Wheeler Showroom

Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 1–6 Years

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an HR/Admin Executive to join our Electric Two Wheeler Showroom in Baner, Pune. The role will involve handling end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily functioning of the showroom. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HR/Admin functions within retail, automobile, or EV dealerships and the ability to manage people, policies, and operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding staff
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Organize training sessions, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs
  • Handle grievance redressal and maintain a healthy work culture

Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day showroom administration, facilities, and vendor management
  • Manage office supplies, utilities, and coordinate with external service providers
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, security, and workplace hygiene
  • Assist management with reports, documentation, and support in operational requirements
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and other administrative arrangements for staff

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–6 years of experience in HR and Administrative roles
  • Qualification: Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and compliance processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools/software
  • Prior experience in automobile, retail, or EV sector preferred
