
Lead Generation Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing business leads across domestic and international markets to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, track, maintain, and update qualified leads.
- Perform data mining and market research for targeted prospect lists.
- Generate a minimum of 300 contacts and 100 accounts daily.
- Maintain lead data accurately in Excel and CRM systems.
- Execute email marketing campaigns to engage prospects.
- Leverage social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) for lead generation.
- Conduct cold calling and follow-ups to convert interest into opportunities.
- Deliver a minimum of 10-15 qualified leads per week.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for lead quality alignment.
- Work in rotational shifts as per business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in lead generation/inside sales.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong expertise in email marketing, social media outreach, and cold calling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
