Hiring General Manager - Branding for MP Developers located at Pallavaram , Chennai

Note: Candidates from Real Estate Industry preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To leads the development and execution of comprehensive branding and marketing strategies for all real estate projects and the corporate entity, focusing on building brand equity, driving qualified leads, ensuring market leadership, and supporting sales objectives from project inception to delivery. .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Vision:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy, vision, and positioning for the company and its diverse real estate projects (residential, commercial, etc.).
  • Define brand architecture, messaging, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Marketing & Communications Leadership:
  • Oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing (SEO, Social Media), ATL/BTL campaigns, PR, and events.
  • Create annual communication plans, manage budgets, and select optimal media channels for brand visibility.
  • Lead Public Relations efforts to build favorable brand value and communicate successes.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to meet brand and project-specific sales targets (top-line revenue).
  • Drive lead generation through effective marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business development goals.
  • Market Intelligence & Business Growth:
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and competency mapping to identify new opportunities.
  • Assist in new project launches, pricing strategies, and inventory planning.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing, integrated marketing and sales team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
  • Stakeholder & Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners (CPs), media, and key clients.
  • Oversee client experience and ensure smooth coordination for after-sales support.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyze KPIs, sales metrics, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on planned vs. achieved results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹120,000.00 per month
