Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a General Manager - Sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, strategizing and implementing sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of organizational targets. Key responsibilities include managing the sales team, maintaining high standards of customer service, monitoring customer satisfaction, and contributing to overall business growth. The role requires leadership in team management, regular interaction with clients, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in General Management and Team Management to lead and inspire a team.
  • Strong expertise in Sales and a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of Customer Satisfaction and maintaining excellent Customer Service standards.
  • Understanding of the automobile industry and familiarity with TATA Motors' vehicles is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
