Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager / Manager at Shriram General Insurance Co. Ltd. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, leading team activities, developing and implementing strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving customer service standards. Managing, serving all the insurance broker and Supporting to generate the business towards to the company.The candidate will also be responsible for reporting, performance monitoring, and staff training and development.
Qualifications
- Leadership skills, team management, and strategic planning abilities
- Experience in Commercial Lines, Handling Prime/Large Brokers
- Knowledge of industry norms , regulations, compliance standards, and customer service improvement techniques
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in excel, word, ppt
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance sector is a plus
