Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design, execute, and optimize sales campaigns focused on IAM solutions.
  • Provide strategic and operational support for presales activities, including solution positioning, proposal development, and customer presentations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and GSI partners to align sales strategies, enablement programs, and joint business planning.
  • Manage and track sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of alliance programs and sales operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance collaboration and business outcomes.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Support contract negotiations and assist in managing partner agreements and compliance.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on alliance activities, sales progress, and campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, alliance management, or a related role within the IAM domain.
  • Proven experience supporting marketing teams in sales campaigns and demand generation.
  • Strong presales expertise with the ability to articulate IAM solutions and value propositions effectively.
  • Demonstrated success working with GSI partners, including coordination, enablement, and joint business development.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with IAM technologies and industry trends.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales models.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and compliance management.
