
Alliance and Sales Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design, execute, and optimize sales campaigns focused on IAM solutions.
- Provide strategic and operational support for presales activities, including solution positioning, proposal development, and customer presentations.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and GSI partners to align sales strategies, enablement programs, and joint business planning.
- Manage and track sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of alliance programs and sales operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance collaboration and business outcomes.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and support go-to-market strategies.
- Support contract negotiations and assist in managing partner agreements and compliance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on alliance activities, sales progress, and campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, alliance management, or a related role within the IAM domain.
- Proven experience supporting marketing teams in sales campaigns and demand generation.
- Strong presales expertise with the ability to articulate IAM solutions and value propositions effectively.
- Demonstrated success working with GSI partners, including coordination, enablement, and joint business development.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with IAM technologies and industry trends.
- Understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales models.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and compliance management.
