Role: Alliance & Cloud Operations Manager / Specialist

Location: In-person | Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

Looking for an experienced professional to manage AWS Partner Network (APN) operations, ensure program compliance, and align partnerships with sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage APN portal, partner profile, and compliance requirements
  • Track APN tier upgrades and competency submissions
  • Align with Sales on AWS-led opportunities and pipeline via ACE
  • Coordinate AWS marketing campaigns, MDF, and funding requests
  • Act as the key liaison between internal teams and AWS Partner Managers
  • Monitor AWS training and certification completion

Requirements:

Strong understanding of sales processes & pipeline management

Experience with AWS services & APN programs

Excellent alliance & partner relationship management skills

Knowledge of Cloud Operations preferred
