About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Strategic Alliance Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships, resellers, and alliances to expand the reach of our HR services across India and international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive growth through collaborative partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners, resellers, and strategic alliances aligned with business objectives in India and overseas.
2. Negotiation & Deal Closure
Lead negotiation efforts and establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
3. Relationship Management
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
4. Strategic Planning
Develop and implement partnership strategies based on market research, competitive insights, and business goals.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor partnership performance using key metrics and provide regular insights and reports to management.
7. Market Expansion
Identify and explore new markets for expanding HR services through strategic alliances
8. Compliance & Legal
Ensure all partnership agreements comply with legal, regulatory, and company guidelines.
9. Event Participation
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums for alliance building and lead generation.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partnership management—preferably in the HR services industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical abilities with knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
Excellent project and time management skills.
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800, ₹1,570,394.37 per year
