Role Description

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and fostering partnerships for Repertoire Events & MICE Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, involving collaboration with internal teams to develop tailored event and MICE solutions for clients. Additional responsibilities include client prospecting, pitching services, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets. Regular engagement with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction is a significant aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations
  • Familiarity with Marketing, Event Management, and MICE Operations processes and trends
  • Knowledge of Destination Management, Corporate Incentives, and Luxury Event Planning
  • Proficiency in Planning, Research, and Strategic Thinking to identify new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and achieve revenue targets
  • Experience with event technologies such as Content Production, AV solutions, and Virtual Event Platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
