Job Title: Appointment Setter – Voice Process (Day Shift)

Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST)

Location: Yerwada, pune

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Appointment Setter to join our voice process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients via outbound calls, introducing our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales or service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services/products.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales or service team based on availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads who have shown interest but not yet scheduled.
  • Meet daily and weekly call

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages if applicable).
  • Prior experience in a voice process or telemarketing role preferred.
  • Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum HSC or Graduate in any discipline.
