**Job Title**: Appointment Setter - Voice Process (Day Shift)

**Shift Timing**: Day Shift (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM IST)

**Location**: Yerwada, pune

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services/products.
- Schedule appointments for the sales or service team based on availability.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but not yet scheduled.
- Meet daily and weekly call

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages if applicable).
- Prior experience in a voice process or telemarketing role preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum HSC or Graduate in any discipline.

**Salary**: As per interview performance + Incentives
