**Position**: Appointment Setter

**Shift**: US Shift | 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000/month

**Key Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in appointment setting or outbound calling for international markets
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, clear delivery
- Ability to engage, qualify, and schedule meetings with decision-makers
- Comfortable working across global time zones with professionalism and consistency
- Driven to meet daily outreach goals and convert interest into solid appointments

**Responsibilities**:

- Present MeeTenX services clearly and persuasively to generate interest
- Qualify prospects based on specific criteria and schedule appointments with the sales team
- Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems for all conversations and follow-ups
- Ensure seamless coordination with internal sales teams for meeting handoffs
- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture relationships and drive conversions
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets
