About the Role:

Communication Crafts is seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong design background and a passion for storytelling, branding, and innovation. You will be responsible for driving the creative vision, ensuring high-quality output, and aligning creative strategies with client and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute creative strategies that align with client goals and brand positioning
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, content, and performance marketing
  • Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to clients and stakeholders
  • Mentor and manage a team of designers, art directors, and creative professionals
  • Maintain high standards of creative excellence and brand consistency
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into client work
  • Manage creative budgets and resources efficiently to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior creative role within an agency or similar environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign development, and design leadership
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with business objectives and timelines
  • Proficiency in design tools and a deep understanding of digital and print media
