Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and oversee the production of clear, engaging, and high-converting content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, case studies, email campaigns, whitepapers, and other digital assets.

  • Develop and execute a content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with SEO, AIO, AEO, GEO, and business growth objectives.

  • Build and maintain brand style guides and governance frameworks to ensure consistency in tone, quality, and messaging.

  • Mentor junior writers, provide constructive feedback, and manage freelancer contributions.

  • Optimize content for SEO, AIO, AEO, and GEO to ensure visibility across search engines, answer engines, and generative platforms.

  • Collaborate with marketing, SEO, product, and design teams to produce high-impact content campaigns.

  • Repurpose and distribute content across multiple channels to maximize ROI.

    Track and report on content KPIs (traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Lead thought-leadership initiatives such as executive ghostwriting, LinkedIn articles, industry reports, and case studies.

  • Stay updated on emerging content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and AI-driven optimization techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in content writing and strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, IT, or digital industries.
  • Strong background in copywriting, content storytelling, and persuasive writing.
  • Proven track record of managing content calendars and leading content teams.
  • Expertise in SEO, AIO (AI Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, etc.).
  • Strong command of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
